Anyone who reads the Gospel will note its mention of sin and of Christ's handling of it.  Sin and the forgiveness of sin are surely important concepts.  The reconciliation of sinners with God and the community of faith is central to the saving mystery of Jesus Christ.  Reconciliation expresses God's forgiving love, our sorrow for sin and our reunion with the community.

Second graders prepare for and celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation for the first time during the first semester.

Reconciliation is available at 3pm to 3:40pm every Saturday or by appointment, and a communal penance service is offered in Advent and Lent with our cluster parishes.
